Meet Dr. Laird Bridgman
Dr. Laird Bridgman is a licensed psychologist and maintains a private practice in Lake Forest. He earned his doctorate in clinical psychology from Biola University, is a Fellow in the Academy of Cognitive Therapy and a Certified Employee Assistance Professional.
Dr Bridgman has an extensive background in addiction and recovery issues and has special expertise in working with recovery from compulsive sexual behaviors. His clinical specialties include depression and anxiety problems, relationship issues, and personal growth work. In 1992 Dr. Bridgman founded Renewal from Sexual Addiction Ministries(RSA), a Christ-centered self-help program for individuals and families impacted by sexual addiction. Dr. Bridgman is also an Ordained Minister.
Additionally, he served for 9 years as Director of Provider Services, Director of Employee Assistance Programming, and as a Senior Care Manager for Integrated Behavioral Health, a specialty managed care company serving Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 employers and unions. Dr Bridgman is a faculty member of Trinity College of Graduate Studies in Orange, CA, is a published author, public speaker, and publisher. Dr Bridgman lives with his wife and three children in Orange County, CA.

Meet Dr. Shari Bridgman
Dr. Shari Bridman is a licensed marriage and family therapist with many years of experience in the mental health field. After completing her undergraduate degree at Wheaton College in Illinois, Dr. Bridgman earned both Masters and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from Biola University in La Mirada, California.
She works with various clinical issues including: grief and loss, depression, anxiety, parenting, and relationship issues. She speaks on a variety of women’s issues and has been a featured guest on local radio and television programs. In 1993 Dr. Bridgman founded the Empty Arms support group ministry at Saddleback Valley Community Church in Lake Forest, California.
As a result of her personal and professional experiences, Dr. Bridgman has a special burden for grieving parents who have lost their babies through miscarriage. She is the author of, In Heavenly Arms: Grieving the Loss and Healing the Wounds of Miscarriage, which has helped thousands of women and their significant others to deal with the loss of their child. Dr. Bridgman lives with her husband and three children in Orange County, CA.
